| Hello all I sort of got behind on blogs... All is well in our little world. As soon as I figure out to upload some new pics of our house I'll put it on to show it off. We love it out here in the country and Kolton gets a kick out of the fact that the bus brings him right to his house after school Impressing a 5 yr old is pretty easy I guess haha The kids have already started giving us their christmas list so far we haven't heard any shockers that we are going to have to give away our arms or legs to pay for so I think we are doing well. Koltons football is over his very first sport of his "real" school days was really fun to go to and he was so proudly showing off his trophy to all his nanny and papaws they make those things a lot cutier than when we use to have them in school it's a little bobble head football player with his school name on it quite cute. Karter is still doing well in preschool he was praised to have the best coloring picture in class something he prides himself in very much we may have a little artist on our hands further down the road. He just had school picture done a couple of weeks ago and has been walking around showing everyone he's "picture" smile so prove to them that he did a good job on it. It's very adorable how he thinks he has to prove that it'll be cute in the first place. Kaidence is growing like a weed She's going to be two in a couple of months and that's just too hard to believe!! She's talking a lot more and repeating everything that she hears which can be interesting sounding when some words come out. We are just hoping and praying for the wanting to go the potty starts SOON! With her little brother on the way it would sure make things a lot less trying to so the least with only one in diapers | | |
| Kolton flag football is coming to an end but has been great fun going to his first "real"big kid school games. Last week he was quaterback and ran a pretty good distance before having his flag pulled by the other team. Daddy has been practicing with him on his throwing and catching. He's proud of his little man Karter can't wait until he can play next year Shawn and I celebrated our 6th anniversary last Saturday on the 23rd he took me out to dinner and a movie may sound small to some but getting to go out on date without any muchkins in tow is a rare occasion when you have 3 and one on the way We enjoyed it.! It's going to be awhile before we are able to spend one together with him leaving for Iraq at the end of April first of May for 18 months. Right now Shawn's chugging away at both school and fulltime job along with reserve army duty once a month. We are all so proud of him for being so determined to support our family. Keep us in your prayers for both the depolyment and days leading up to it. Until next time | | |
| Hello all Today as been a fairly normal day. Kolton had is first big kid school pics today I still can't believe how big he's getting! Shawn's chugging along in his college studies almost half way through he'll have to take a break while he's serving in Iraq but he has all intentions of coming home and completing his degree in buisness and being a suit and tie man the rest of his life. I'm so proud of his determantion of working full time and going to school full time. He's my hero. The other muchkins are doing great also Kaidences vocab just keeps getting larger and larger although there are times the babble doesn't sound like any words I've ever heard but she seems determined to convince me they really exist in the english she's learning. It's cute to say the least. We are through about 6 months of our last pregnancy and found out that it will be a little boy. He's a quite active little fellow to say the least it's hard to believe that I only have 3 months left!! That's all that for today I'm still not hip on what all your spose to write on these things so I'll just give updates of our family life. | | |

Hello there everyone
I thought I might give this modern way of keeping in touch a try so here it goes!! Most of you know all of us but I'll give a run down of how are family as grown over the years. Shawn and I will be married 6 years this coming Sept. We have 3 beautiful children Kotlon, age 5 who just started kindergarten this year at clinton prairie and loves to spend time riding horses at great grandparents Karter, age 4, still in preschool but lovin it! can't wait to ride the big yellow bus like his big brother, and Kaidence whose 19 1/2 months old she may be small but she can sure keep her older brothers in line and as daddy wrapped around her little finger
We are also expecting our fourth little one in Decmeber it's going to be another little boy Shawn and I are still in the dicussing stage of a name for him I like Kouper Lewis and he likes Kayne lewis Your welcome to put your two cents in on what your favorite of the two names are we're taken a mock tally of all the family and friends and seeing who gets the most votes we've agreed on the middle name because he's named after my late grandpa (Paul Lewis Large) who passed away in January this year. We feel that although this little one wasn't planned God is giving us a way to carry on grandpa's name and legacy by having him as his namesake.
Then I there is Shawn, my husband he's been the light of my life we've had are hardships to say the least!! But, I don't know what I would do without him standing by my side he's truly my everything. He's definitely fullfilled the "for better or worse" in our vows 6 years ago. With the horrible car accident this past year and all the complications that I'm still having he's really proved his love and devotion to me and our family. I feel very blessed to call him MINE my one and only!! Keep us in your prayers as we cont. to struggle through all of our trials yet to come. I know that is the only way my two boys and I made it through that alive God's hand and angels were definetly surrounding that truck with a shield of protecting and love. I now know that I have a purpose in life and taking for granted life itself is something I never think of doing again.
Well, there was my attempt at keeping up with the modern world of technology I hope you all enjoyed and look forward to hearing from you soon and any ideas you have you'd like to throw my way on what you want to hear from the fuller world.
God Bless Carrie
